Get your railway career started by completing a college Railway Training Program. Canadian Pacific has hired numerous Conductor Trainees, Rail traffic Controllers and Signals & Communication students from the following programs.

The Railway Training Programs are part of a larger North American effort among Class I Railways and Colleges to produce a pool of graduates from which railways staff various positions.
