Whether you have your own equipment, or choose to use CP-controlled equipment, outbound loads must be in the terminal by the relevant cut-off time to ensure departure on the next train. To allow enough time to get to the shipper's facility and back to the terminal before the cut-off time, you must ensure that at least four hours' notice is given to the Centralized Operations Group (COG) before a load is to be released. Loads released after the notice deadlines may be delayed.
