Each year, Canadian Pacific receives hundreds of requests for community support. At Canadian Pacific, our we are focused on:

CP’s Community Investment Team reviews requests regularly from January 1 to November 30 of each year. Any application submitted in December will be reviewed in January of the following year. Please be aware that we require at least 45 days to review your request and get back to you regarding a decision. For larger requests it could take up to six months before a decision is made regarding your request, depending on whether we need additional information, and other factors. You will be notified as to the outcome of your request as soon as a decision is made.
The completed form must be submitted through this website. Due to the nature of our evaluation process, applications sent by fax or regular mail cannot be accepted and will not be evaluated. In addition, organizations must either be registered with the Canada Revenue Agency and have a 15-character CRA number or with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and have a 9-character EIN number.
