Justin Meyer is an experienced railroad professional with a background in engineering. After holding a variety of operational and management roles at CP since 1998, Justin became Vice-President Engineering in July 2015.
In this role, Justin is responsible for CP's track infrastructure, including among other accountabilities, rail, turnouts, cross ties, ballast, bridges, culverts, crossings, signal systems, crossing warning systems and maintaining CP's right-of-way. With a focus on safety and efficiency, Justin oversees the planning and execution of maintenance and project activities across CP's entire network.
Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Dakota State University and has a Professional Engineer designation.
