Sakina puts her marketing and analytical skills to use every day.
She’s one of the stars behind CP’s
Demand Management Service, which provides shippers with a menu of shipping choices not available anywhere else in the industry.

Wenyi is responsible for the accurate reporting of CP’s financials.

Aisha Jackson
Trainmaster
CP is the third railroad Aisha has worked with in her home town of Chicago.
She decided to join CP as a result of some research. “I wanted more of a challenge,” she recalls. “So I Googled a couple of Class I railroads, and CP caught my eye because there was more opportunity to move up.”
It took her just six months to do that, accepting a promotion to trainmaster in February 2016.

CP is committed to increasing the representation of women at all levels through these initiatives:
- CP is a corporate member of the
Women's Executive Network which supports, develops and retains women in professional and management positions
- CP is a Platinum member of the
League of Railway Women, an organization committed to improving the railroad industry by connecting women in rail. All women at CP can join the league and have access to unique industry opportunities
- CP Women on Track is an internal networking initiative, which hosts up to four events each year in various locations for women at all levels of the organization
- CP's board is comprised of 40% women and is a member of the
30% Club -- a leading international organization committed to better gender representation
- CP is a founding member of the
Canadian Board Diversity Council
- CP is a Top 100 sponsor of the
Women's Executive Network and Canadian Diversity Council. CP champions the development, advancement and recognition of professional women and diversity in business on corporate boards and in senior leadership roles in Canada.
