Named one of Canada's Top 100 Most Powerful Women by Women's Executive Network and 2019 Railway Woman of the Year by League of Railway Women.
Pam believes in the power of collaboration. She is process driven and loves to roll up her sleeves. She is always looking for opportunities to raise up those around her and position CP as an industry leader.
Recognized by Railway Age as one of the 2019 Women in Rail, Pat's philosophy is that strength can look like many different things, and that a tough exterior and demeanor does not equal a strong leader.
Pat is a firm believer in lifting people up and encouraging everyone to always learn more. Her “we’re all better together” attitude is core to her fierce protection of her team.
As someone who has bravely broken traditional barriers, Pat’s knowledge and passion for her work in the rail industry is evident in everything she does.
Whether at the forefront of our operations or in a professional role, women are an integral part of our diverse workforce.

CP is Aisha’s third railway in her home town of Chicago.
Her move to CP, came after some research. “I wanted more of a challenge,” she recalls. “So I googled a couple of Class I railroads, and CP caught my eye because there was more opportunity to move up.”
It took her just six months to do that, accepting a promotion to trainmaster in February 2016.
