In close collaboration with TYT Group, a Québec-based freight transportation service provider, this facility will offer transload and logistics solutions to customers in key urban centres, helping further expand CP’s reach to markets not directly served by rail.

This new rail-served multi-commodity facility is custom designed to facilitate the smooth flow of customer product on and off rail. Surrounded by more than 4,000 feet of existing and adjacent track, the location is ideal for indoor and outdoor transloading operations and future expansion.

Heated 118,000 square foot warehouse, with 89,000 square feet of storage
30 - 32 foot clear ceilings
11 heavy dock doors for trucking
Indoor storage for up to 18 railcars

Main commodities served: Steel, metals, aggregates, pulp and paper
Open 7 days-a-week
Located 5 km from Montréal airport, 9 km from downtown Montréal, 2 km from Trans-Canada Highway and 15 km to the Port of Montreal
