A-list musicians to headline CP Holiday Train events in Hamilton, Calgary and Cottage Grove

Extra star-power will help raise awareness for local food banks at these free concerts

Canadian Pacific (CP) today announced that Sheryl Crow and Sarah McLachlan will be joined by Tom Cochrane with Red Rider, The Tenors, Great Big Sea, Matt Dusk, Natalie MacMaster and Take 6 in celebrating the 15th anniversary of the CP Holiday Train. These a-list stars will help CP raise further awareness for charities that help fight hunger in Canada and the U.S.

“Since 1999, our Holiday Train has raised $7.4 million dollars and more than 3 million pounds of food for local charities,” said E. Hunter Harrison, CP’s chief executive officer. “I thank these internationally-renowned artists for joining us in shining a bright spotlight on this important issue.”
