  • Wellness Together Canada - Wellness Together Canada provides free online resources, tools, apps and connections to trained volunteers and qualified mental health professionals when needed. You can also access educational resources and immediate support crisis lines
  • Mental Health Apps to Help You Take Charge of Stress Anxiety and More - During these challenging times, taking steps to manage your mental health can go a long way. With most of us staying home, it's harder to do the things that help us stay happy like getting together. Technology can help. Self-help and virtual therapy can work as well as in-person treatment, according to the Mental Health Commission of Canada. That’s true for depression and social anxiety, among other conditions. Health innovators are building mental health apps and other tools to help Canadians with anxiety, insomnia, depression and more.
  • Your Primary Health Care Provider is also an excellent resource and can assist you with your health needs, including connecting you with appropriate support and access to specialist health care providers. Taking Control of Your Mental Health: Tips for Talking With Your Health Care Provider
