CP’s Contact Information for COVID-19 – EMPLOYEES ONLY

If you or a household member have symptoms of COVID-19, have booked a test, or have been tested for any reason and are awaiting results, you must call CP’s COVID-19 resource line at 403-319-4767 or 1-855-830-4493 for instructions about attendance at work.

The resource line is open daily between the hours of 0700-1700 MT. If you contact the team outside these hours, your call will be returned the following day. When leaving a message, please be sure to include your first and last name, phone number and employee number when contacting CP’s COVID-19 resource line.

CP cares about you and your family. As we navigate this challenging time during COVID-19, maintaining your physical and mental health are equally important. Support is available for employees and your family members. We are in this together.

New Directions Behavioral  Health is CP's EAP Provider. This service is available to you at no additional cost. The EAP is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
